Phillip Lifka began his professional journey in sales, where he quickly developed a strong foundation in clear communication, customer focus, and persistence. His time in sales also sharpened his project management skills, managing tight timelines and maintaining consistent follow-up—skills that have remained invaluable throughout his career and now carry forward into his work with real estate clients.

His path soon led into the Information Technology field, where he built and led large teams supporting complex systems across extensive end-user environments. Together, they tackled challenges, streamlined operations, and helped organizations leverage technology to work smarter and more efficiently.

Phillip also ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully building a small business from the ground up. That experience taught him powerful lessons in leadership, resilience, and strategic thinking.

Today, Phillip brings that diverse background into the world of real estate—a field that’s always been close to home, inspired by his mother’s successful career as a Coldwell Banker agent. His combined experience in sales, IT, and small business ownership equips him with a unique blend of people skills, analytical thinking, and tech-savviness, all of which are essential in today’s fast-paced real estate market.

Phillip grew up in Clarendon Hills, IL, and married his wife Stacy in 1999. They began their life together in Darien, IL, and later moved to Naperville, IL, where they now reside with their five beautiful children. The Lifkas are active in their church and school communities and cherish time spent together—especially on family vacations. Phillip enjoys being outdoors, working on landscaping and home improvement projects, and makes time for daily exercise to stay sharp and energized.
